Small site, small data trail.
This page says exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. We wrote it to be read, not to be survived.
1. What we collect
Only what a booking conversation needs: the name, WhatsApp number, dates, group size, email and notes you type into a form on this site, plus whatever you tell us yourself on WhatsApp. We do not ask for, and do not want, passport details, home addresses or payment card numbers. Deposits are paid through a card link handled by a payment provider; we see the outcome, never your card.
2. Where your details go
The forms on this site open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, so the details travel with you, to us, in a chat you also hold. If a form is sent with an email copy enabled, it passes through Web3Forms, a form service, and arrives in our mailbox. That is the whole pipeline: there is no booking database on this website and no account for you to make.
3. What we do with it
We use your details to plan and host your trip, to pass the right information to the licensed operator running it, and to stay contactable while you are with us. After the trip we keep the conversation so the next visit starts where the last one ended. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not put you on a marketing list.
4. Analytics and cookies
At the moment this site runs no third-party analytics and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we ever add one, we will update this page before it goes live and say plainly what it records. Your browser or the WhatsApp app may keep their own technical records; that happens under their policies, not ours.
5. Your rights, including if you are in the EU
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. If you are in the EU or the UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and we apply them to everyone because it is simpler and fairer. One email is enough: write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days, usually within days.
6. Children
We do not collect details from children. Bookings are made by adults; when a family travels, children appear only as a name and an age in the parents' own message.
7. Contact
